SunPass Technology Upgrades

SunPass continues to upgrade its technology to pave the way of the future for customer account services. Enhancements to SunPass are currently underway, which will result in an impoved website interface, real-time transaction reporting and more!
As a result of the upgrades, there will be a residual effect for customers who use the Type III transponder. The Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) window which displays the account balance will no longer function as it previously did. Once the upgrades take effect, the LCD window will read either "toll paid" or "toll not paid" when traveling through a toll facility.

All SunPass customers can quickly and easily obtain their balance and account information by logging into their account at www.SunPass.com, or by calling the Customer Service Center at 1-888-TOLL-FLA (1-888-865-5352).
