In October 2006, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise mailed 1.7 million surveys to SunPass customers asking for comments concerning road conditions, service plazas, toll plazas and the SunPass program. More than 118,000 customers completed and returned the survey. Ninety-two percent responded they were satisfied with Florida's Turnpike road conditions and 96 percent indicated they were satisfied with the value received from the SunPass program. The following SunPass customers were chosen at random to receive $500 in free tolls for completing the survey!
