Q: I need a new holder to mount my SunPass on my car windshield. Where can I purchase one?

A: There are various outlets you can choose to replace your transponder mounting. You can go to any of the service plaza gift shops to purchase a new suction cup transponder holder. Or if you prefer to use adhesive strips, simply call the SunPass service center and request a set to be mailed to you.

Q: I would like to go online to update my account information as it has changed, but have forgotten my account number and pin number. How can I get this information?

A: To retrieve your account number or your pin number, please contact the SunPass Customer Service Center at 1-888-TOLL-FLA. For your security, a representative will ask several identification questions for verification before providing you the necessary information to access your account online.
