Our Focus is on Serving You Inside this issue of Sun Passages, you'll find information about last year's Customer Satisfaction Survey results as well as this year's actual survey. We ask that you take a few minutes and complete the survey. After you complete and submit the survey you will be entered for a chance to win $500 in free tolls. You can complete this survey online at www.SunPass.com. Over the past several years, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise has focused its efforts on improving, measuring and tracking customer satisfaction. Focusing on our customers is job number one for everybody at Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, whether it's providing information about SunPass at our call center, installing a new section of guardrail along the median or assisting a driver with a flat tire. We're very pleased we received a 91 percent satisfaction rating for the value of tolls paid last year. Since 1999, SunPass has grown to a pre-paid toll program with more than 2 million customers. However, there is always room for improvement. Your responses and comments on these annual surveys help Florida's Turnpike Enterprise develop new programs and ultimately make the roadway safer and more convenient for all.
