Thank you for taking a look inside the Sun Passages newsletter. With all of the changes occurring in Florida's economic climate, our focus and effort has not wavered from our most important endeavor - to maintain and improve safety and services provided to our most valued customer - you, our SunPass customer!
I'd like to thank all of those who completed the Fall 2008 annual customer satisfaction survey. An overview of results indicated:
- 93% of customers felt they receive value in the form of safety, service and convenience.
- 96% of customers reported they would recommend the Turnpike system to family and friends.
- 95% of customers responded that they were satisfied with the value they received from the SunPass program.
Additionally, since the annual survey was completed last fall, on-going phone response survey results indicate the SunPass Call Center representatives continue to receive a 96% customer satisfaction rating.
Florida's Turnpike values your input toward improving roadways and the SunPass program. As always, thank you for choosing SunPass. We appreciate and encourage your comments so we may serve you better.
