Summertime is here! Before you gas up and drive off on vacation this summer, pay a little attention to your engine and make sure it's ready for long-distance driving. Have a trained technician give it a good once-over and follow the tips on this page. If you get a chance, be sure to check out some of the fun Florida destinations listed here. Your whole family will love the chance to get away together! As you drive along Florida's Turnpike, you'll notice a few improvements this summer including new logo signs and updated toll plazas with even more SunPass-only lanes. Be sure to view the new and improved, user-friendly SunPass website at www.SunPass.com. The new site allows you to check your SunPass account balance, get your current statement or update your information quickly and easily. You'll need your SunPass account number and personal identification number before you log on. If you forgot that information, please call a Customer Service representative toll free at 1-888-TOLL-FLA (1-888-865-5352) for assistance. Finally, thank you for taking the time to fill out the 2005 Customer Satisfaction Survey. Results showed 91 percent of SunPass customers are satisfied with the value received on Florida's Turnpike. Please send your comments by using the contact information located on the lower lefthand corner of the inside right panel of this newsletter. Until next time, buckle up and enjoy life in the SunPass lane! Sincerely, ![]() James L. Ely, DPA Chief Executive Officer Florida's Turnpike Enterprise
