Please be advised that the Florida Department of Transportation, Florida's Turnpike and SunPass discovered the circulation of a fraudulent violation notice titled "Final Warning Notice."  This document has been sent to many Florida residents. It appears to be malicious and was sent by a fictitous business entity. 

The notice is from "Toll Enforcement, LLC" and claims you may owe money for previous unpaid tolls.  The company "Toll Enforcement LLC" does not exist.  The Florida Department of Transportation is not associated with this group and is currently investigating the matter.
